Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password.

Your planning data: the figures you enter to build your forecast — such as income sources, expenses, account balances, ages, and assumptions — and, if you choose to import them, bank transactions for budgeting.

Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we keep only a customer/subscription reference and status from Stripe.

Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and request data) needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

To provide the forecast and budgeting features; to generate an AI analysis when you request one; to process subscriptions and payments; to send essential account emails (such as password resets); and to secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenAI — when you request an AI analysis, a summary of your plan is sent to generate the response.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending transactional email such as password resets.
• Google Analytics — aggregate measurement of site traffic and usage; your planning data is never sent to it.
• Our hosting/server and database — where your account and planning data are stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Your data is stored in our database and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access to data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with law.

You can access and edit your planning data in the app at any time. You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of your account by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic and how the Service is used (see "How We Share Information"). We do not use advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

The Service is operated from, and your data is stored in, the United States. By using the Service you understand your information will be processed there.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be made apparent within the Service.
