These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Retirement Forecast (the "Service"), which is operated by Fischost Web Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or the "Company"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Retirement Forecast is an online tool that projects retirement income, expenses, and savings over time based on the figures and assumptions you enter, and offers optional AI‑generated commentary on your plan. It is an informational and educational tool only.
The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to take any financial action. All projections are estimates that depend entirely on the inputs and assumptions you provide and on simplified models; actual results will differ, potentially significantly. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see in the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
New accounts include a free trial. After the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current period; you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable, though we may grant refunds at our discretion. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; attempting to access other users' data; reverse‑engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Service; or uploading content you do not have the right to use.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including, when you request an analysis, sending a summary of your plan to our AI provider). See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any projection or output is accurate, complete, or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fischost Web Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any financial losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules.
